Technical Administrator – Drainage Survey
Location: Highbridge, Somerset
Salary: £25,500 – £27,500 (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
We’re looking for a detail-focused and technically minded individual to join our growing CCTV division as a Technical Administrator. This office-based role involves processing survey data, coordinating with field teams, and maintaining accurate drainage network records using bespoke software.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and process CCTV drainage survey data
- Review and update drainage network configurations and site plans
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure accurate data collection
- Compile client reports and feedback summaries
- Schedule survey team programs and manage job requests
What You’ll Need
- Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- High attention to detail and accuracy when entering technical data
- Confidence using bespoke and online job management systems (training provided)
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
- Prior experience in a similar admin/technical role is desirable but not essential
