Office Administrator & Data Processor
Overview
A new position has become available for an Office Administrator & Data Processor to assist within the CCTV division at our busy offices in Highbridge. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate needs to have good organisational skills, and first-rate computer skills which must include Microsoft Excel, whilst the ability and willingness to learn new skills is essential.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Be computer literate with good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and the ability to learn online job management portals.
- Be accurate and have attention to fine detail when entering data, with the ability to work to deadlines and work under pressure.
- Have good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
- Willing to learn new/bespoke software to carry out duties.
- Be flexible and adaptable
- Have good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Work well within a team and able to self-prioritise workloads
Experience of working within an Office Administrator & Data Processor role is desirable but not essential as full training and support will be given to the right candidate.
Main duties will include reviewing, analysing and processing of CCTV drainage data, configuration reviews of drainage network plans, compiling of feedback emails to various clients, communication with site-based colleagues to ensure consistent and accurate information is collected, scheduling of teams programs, receiving and recording job requests.
