Job Title External: Cost & Value Administrator
Location: Singlerose, St Austell
Salary: £25,396.80
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Cost & Value Administrator to join our team at our Singlerose depot in Stenalees. Working alongside an experienced team and engaging with colleagues across the business, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial function through accurate financial and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Issue purchase orders, ensuring accuracy of information, including rates and cost codes
  • Record delivery ticket information onto client systems and internal plant & materials systems
  • Accurately post and match supplier invoices to purchase orders and delivery tickets within deadlines
  • Resolve invoice queries in liaison with site teams and suppliers
  • Produce accruals reports for the commercial team
  • Prepare weekly plant hire and materials reports for site teams

What You’ll Need

  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and web-based systems
  • Strong numerical and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work to clear timetables and manage workload independently
  • A proactive and inquisitive mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
